Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) held its Batch 3 Admissions Information Session on 2 July 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB/GMT+7). The session was organized specifically for Indonesian citizens interested in applying to UIII’s master’s and doctoral programs.
The online session provided prospective applicants with detailed information about the Batch 3 admissions process, including faculty and study-program profiles, application procedures, required documents, campus accommodation, student life, and strategies for preparing for the selection process.
During the session, the UIII Admissions Team emphasized that the funding schemes available in Batch 3 differ according to the level of study. Applicants to UIII’s master’s programs may apply through either a self-funded scheme or a partial scholarship scheme. Meanwhile, applicants to the doctoral programs may apply only through the self-funded scheme.
The partial scholarship scheme is intended to provide limited financial support and does not constitute a fully funded scholarship. Applicants were therefore encouraged to carefully assess their financial readiness and review the applicable funding conditions before submitting their applications.
The session was also designed as an interactive forum where participants could ask questions about registration requirements, academic programs, financial arrangements, and issues related to their individual application accounts. Through the question-and-answer segment, applicants received direct guidance from the Admissions Team to help them prepare complete and accurate applications.
Registration Requirements for Batch 3
The Admissions Team also explained several important requirements for applicants who had previously participated in Batch 1 or Batch 2.
Applicants who had already registered and paid the application fee in Batch 1 or Batch 2 may participate in Batch 3 without making another payment. However, they are required to upload their previous proof of payment again as part of the new application.
All applicants wishing to participate in the Batch 3 selection process—including those who had previously applied in Batch 1 or Batch 2—must create a new application account specifically for Batch 3.
Through this information session, UIII reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that Indonesian applicants receive clear and accessible guidance throughout the admissions process. Prospective students were encouraged to carefully review the requirements, select the appropriate funding scheme, prepare all supporting documents, and complete their applications within the designated Batch 3 admissions period.
